What payment methods do you accept?
We are PayPal verified and accept payment through PayPal. We also accept Google Checkout. Either option allows you to pay securely online.

We normally process shipment through UPS, DHL and USPS. We insure all orders to offer you piece of mind when ordering from us.
What are the normal shipping times?
Once payment has been received, we process you order for shipping withing 1 to 2 business day ( excluding weekends and holidays) Normal delivery time is 10 to 12 days.
How will I know the status of my order?
Once shipping has been processed, we will provide a tracking number which allows you to track the status of your order online
Are your items guaranteed?
Yes, we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you ever receive a damaged or defective product, simply contact us within 3 days and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
What if the items arrives and I don't like it?
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days. We will offer a replacement or full refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning any products to us.

You you have a physical store?
We have a warehouse and showroom. We sell to other merchants in our area and have a sampling of our products and small inventory on hand however the showroom is by invitation only and not open to the general public.
